Of course, if you’d like to cancel, we’re more than happy to do that for you. However, our hands are currently tied because of the dispute you filed with PayPal — the system won’t allow us to make any updates or cancellations while it’s still open.
Once the dispute is closed, we’ll be able to cancel your membership immediately and make sure everything is properly resolved on our end.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll take care of everything as soon as PayPal allows us access again.
