Membership - How to cancel

Here’s how to do it:

1. Click this link to open the membership page: https://shopkangaroo.co/pages/kangaroo-membership

2. Once the page opens, click the three lines (menu icon) at the top left corner.

3. Select “Kangaroo+ Membership” from the menu.

4. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.

5. From there, you’ll see the option to cancel your membership — just click it, and your subscription will be stopped immediately.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll also receive a confirmation email showing the cancellation is complete.
